What eye surgery do I need to improve my wild eyes?

For eye shape, View Plastic Surgery performs Epi, lateral, lower canthoplasty and ptosis correction.

Those are not always fit for everyone. It can make eye shape more feminine, but also might be risky to make wild eyes. Therefore, you should figure out ideal shape for you. 

To enlarge the length of eyes, Ptosis correction is needed. 

General double eyelid surgery can make eyes open bigger, but there is limit. In the case of eyes with blepharoptosis, general eyelid surgery might be hard to give pretty eye line. 

For normal eyes, pupil should be slightly covered with upper eyelid and look like a circle not being hidden by lower eyelid. However, if you have blepharoptosis, eyes look like a crescent because upper eyelid is covering. For this case, ptosis correction is necessary. This procedure strengthens eye muscle so that eyes are able to open big. Therefore, since pupil is exposed more, eyes can be more clear and bigger. It doesn’t require anything else except for incision of double eyelid surgery.

To enlarge width of eyes, epi or lateral canthoplasty is performed. Epicanthoplasty can give clear and well-defined eyes incising Mongolian folds and repositioning location of skin around the folds. 

Lateral canthoplasty is a type of surgery which opens outer corner of eyes which seems like V-shape, where eyebrow grows to incise tissue and suture through conjunctiva.

However, it is limited to make eyes bigger by lateral canthoplasty compared to epicanthoplasty.

However, it has effect which can make eyes look bigger around 2-3mm and no possibility of adhesion after surgery. Also, it can adjust slant eyeline.
