"I didn't really see the mirror for a week.
I got many different surgeries on my face at one go, so my face was swollen quite a lot.
I often went for a walk and did light exercise to keep my swelling down quickly.
I've also applied ice and hot packs in turns regularly.
I was told to use mouthwash everyday to prevent from oral inflammation.
I got my nose job too, so it was hard for me to sleep as I had to breathe through my mouth. After I had my stitches removed, my inner mouth got swollen more, but
I feel much more comfortable now."
